CARYN MOWER, started her career performing in a live show called "Conan" staring as "Red" Sonia" swinging swords and fighting bad guys. From there she became a 2nd degree black belt in Judo, Jujitsu and Karate. Fighting professionally she started meeting many people in the stunt business and learning film fighting.

Caryn's background as a jock fit right in with the rigorous demands as a stunt woman. Her background in gymnastics and Martial arts helped her get the role as "Helen" in the live show at Universal "Waterworld". With that experience she took it even further working on many popular T.V series such as Charmed, V.I.P, Bird's of Prey and the phenomenally popular Buffy The Vampire Slayer.

Performing in Live shows and having an extensive background in Jujitsu helped her land a role as a Professional Wrestler for WWE.

Caryn wrestled for WWE as "MUFFY" The Fat Slayer for 2 years and had a following of Fans like no other.She later was released and then started wrestling for "GLOW" Gorgeous ladies Of Wrestling, under the wrestling name "Surfer Girl". Caryn trained under UPW for several years and also wrestled for them as "Carnidge." Caryn is very busy doing stunts but when called to wrestle she won't miss the chance.

She's worked on many blockbuster movies such as "Pirates of the Carribean1&2" "Poseidon" "Elizabeth Town" "Nancy Drew" and "Vacancy." Caryn has had acting roles in Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Crossing Jordan and Vacancy. She has doubled well known actress's such as: Pamela Anderson, Natalie Ratano, Katee Sackhoff, Leslie Grossman, Molly Shannon, Cynthia Rothrock and Gina Lee Nolan.

Caryn is always staying busy weather it's training on her motorcycle or throwing punches, she's a strong believer in staying in shape and always being ready for the next fun stunt.
